Patient Education Day Details………….. August 2, 2012

Posted by mvarlan in Uncategorized.

Hello patients & families,

We now have registration information for our informative pituitary symposium in October. NOTE: Individuals attending in-person must register at least two weeks in advance. Register by calling (877) 602-4111. Please register each person in your family or group attending so we can accommodate everyone. The cost is $15/person or $25/couple. Lunch is included in the fee.

In addition, the presentation will be available via live webcast & on demand video on our website. For this reason we can only invite adults to attend in person to ensure the broadcast is not interrupted.

Those viewing the webcast do not need to register. You will be able to click on this link to access the live presentation. No user ID or password is needed to access. Try connecting to this site in advance to ensure there are no technical problems with your PC. It will not be “live” until the day of the event so you will only see a place card there now.  The link to this webcast is:
